This family of rollers is manufactured in various lengths (18-35”) and diameters (1.5-2.0“) as required by the customer. Prior to molding the metal inserts are degreased, blasted and primed so that an indestructable chemical bond is created between the urethane and metal insert. After post-cure, the OD is ground to a tight concentricity.
